This will be done using the hard/soft skills we've learned and “forged on the battlefield.” We will deliver an authentic and unique product, unlike any other company. Our mission is founded on Humility, Integrity, and Compassion.

We are committed to continuously enhancing our skills and creating an optimal learning environment, focused on the objective of effectively disseminating knowledge. This commitment is realized through our in-person private and open enrollment courses, as well as our remote learning initiatives available through Patreon.
MEET THE TEAM
Kyle Morgan
Kyle Morgan, CEO and Chief Instructor at Blu Bearing Solutions, has an extensive background in elite US Army special operations, where he led cross-functional teams and made critical decisions under extreme pressure. His military career began as an infantryman in Iraq in 2003, and he later became a Special Forces Green Beret. For over a decade, he served in the Army's Special Missions Unit, specializing in hostage rescue. Morgan's leadership and commitment to excellence were tested during his deployment as a Special Operations Advisor to the US Embassy in Mali, where he led a small team to respond to a terrorist attack at the Radisson Blu hotel in Bamako in 2015, saving lives in a high-stress environment.
Drawing from his military experience, Morgan founded Blu Bearing Solutions to promote the "Protector Mindset" and provide specialized firearms instruction. The company focuses on training law enforcement officers and civilians in active shooter and crisis response tactics, leveraging lessons learned from elite military and law enforcement units.
Erica Morgan
Erica Morgan is the COO and Sales/Marketing Director at Blu Bearing Solutions and the Broker/Owner of Casa Morgan Real Estate LLC. Originally from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, she moved to North Carolina at age 10, where she grew up. Erica holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in International Business from Gardner Webb University. With certifications as a Military Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Seller’s Representative Specialist, she brings extensive expertise to the real estate industry. Erica also has a strong background in financial advising, having previously worked as a Financial Advisor before transitioning into real estate. In 2019, she opened Casa Morgan Real Estate LLC, where she is known for her customer-oriented approach.
Married to Kyle Morgan for 19 years, Erica is a mother of four and has lived in the Fort Bragg area since 2005. When she’s not managing her businesses, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s sports games, and traveling. Passionate about helping families find their perfect homes, Erica is committed to making the home-buying process smooth and stress-free for her clients.
Blake Cook
Blake Cook serves as the Director of Law Enforcement Operations and Lead Instructor at Blu Bearing Solutions. He began his career in the military as an 11 Bravo, deploying to Afghanistan in 2012 and earning a Purple Heart. After four years of military service, he transitioned into law enforcement with the City of Fayetteville, North Carolina, where he spent eight years as a police officer, seven of which were on the Emergency Response Team (S.W.A.T). As a senior team member, Blake specialized in assault operations and was also trained and state-qualified as a sniper. His expertise includes close-quarter combat, hostage rescues, and high-stress shoot/no-shoot situations.
In addition to his S.W.A.T. experience, Blake has undergone specialized training in Personal Security Detail (PSD) work, protecting high-profile individuals such as the President of the United States. He also served as a detective for four years, focusing on combating gangs, cartels, and illegal firearms. His work often involved undercover operations investigating crimes such as human trafficking, drug trafficking, and illegal weapon trade. Blake's extensive experience in both military and law enforcement, combined with collaboration with federal agencies, has made him a key asset in the training and development of law enforcement professionals at Blu Bearing Solutions.
