Kyle Morgan, CEO and Chief Instructor at Blu Bearing Solutions, has an extensive background in elite US Army special operations, where he led cross-functional teams and made critical decisions under extreme pressure. His military career began as an infantryman in Iraq in 2003, and he later became a Special Forces Green Beret. For over a decade, he served in the Army's Special Missions Unit, specializing in hostage rescue. Morgan's leadership and commitment to excellence were tested during his deployment as a Special Operations Advisor to the US Embassy in Mali, where he led a small team to respond to a terrorist attack at the Radisson Blu hotel in Bamako in 2015, saving lives in a high-stress environment.

Drawing from his military experience, Morgan founded Blu Bearing Solutions to promote the "Protector Mindset" and provide specialized firearms instruction. The company focuses on training law enforcement officers and civilians in active shooter and crisis response tactics, leveraging lessons learned from elite military and law enforcement units.
