Terms & Conditions

Course Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:


All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing.


One reschedule is allowed with at least 30 days notice prior to the training event. If no event is available to reschedule, a credit will be given.


Cancellation requests received at least 60 days before the training event can receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. Or a credit can be issued to use within 1 year of the issue date.


Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the training event will receive No Refund.


Management will review the extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.


In the rare event Blu Bearing cancels a course, a full refund will be given.


The signing of the Liability Release Waiver is required to conduct any training with us.


All information and digital media are the property of Blu Bearing Solutions. It is not permitted to use our data without explicit consent from Blu Bearing Solutions.


Private Training Events:


We will require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the training proposal.


We have a No Refund policy for events. Instead, we will work with you and your schedule to find a more suitable time.


Merchandise Return / Exchange Policy:


Merchandise return or exchange requests must be requested in writing within 30 days of the original order date.

All merchandise must be returned in unused condition and new condition. Merchandise worn or washed will not be refunded.

For all returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Blu Bearing is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.


A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all returns and exchanges.
