The Home Defense course tests students’ ability to make critical decisions under different types of stress. Students in this course can expect a smaller class size so that we can tailor the training to their lives. Students will leave this course with the confidence to protect themselves and everyone they care about at home.

Whether at home, in the office, or out in town, we must be better prepared and take ownership of our lives. This course will teach you how to create a custom home defense plan and plan for contingencies based on your environment.

COURSE OVERVIEW:

This course is designed to teach you the mindset needed to respond to a home invasion, along with the tactics and techniques we use to protect our loved ones and ourselves. We limit the course to 8 students to provide the custom-tailored experience you deserve.

This 2-day course will begin with a focus on everyday carry, both inside and outside the home, and will cover solo response CQB and actions to defend your home. We will culminate on Day 2 with custom-built micro force-on-force scenarios based on your home environment. The number one technique in any of these environments is prevention, which is how we deter a home invasion from happening in the first place.

At the end of each day, the instructors will work with each student to identify specific things to take away from that day. Students will receive detailed instruction, demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-life force-on-force scenarios, leaving the course with a clear understanding of how to apply what they learned in everyday life.

Day 2: Home Defense Planning | Stop the Bleed Training | Custom Home Defense Scenarios (Shoothouse)

COURSE LOGISTICS:

This course is simunition-based, and you will be provided with the Unit Solutions training rifle and/or pistol.

We will provide the simunition training ammunition for this course.

You are required to have a weapon-mounted light and a Handheld Light.
